Put on your glad rags for a night of comedic opera at Undershaw, the former home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in Surrey.
On 16 September this magnificent venue is staging Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, the sequel to the Barber of Seville, in which the wily Figaro must prevent his now boss, Count Almaviva, from meddling with his bride-to-be. Featuring spellbinding music, a hilarious plot and a heartwarming conclusion, the Marriage of Figaro is deservedly one of our best loved operas.
All the funds raised from this black tie event will go towards Stepping Stones, a special-needs school that was opened at Undershaw late last year. The school’s aim is to encourage their pupils to grow both academically and socially, creating self-confident and independent learners for life.
Tickets to this special event start from £65 and can be booked online.
