Watch the RBS 6 Nations in a country pub

Supporting your team in the RBS 6 Nations can be a nerve-wracking, heart-breaking affair. Rather than suffer in silence, we recommend heading to your local country pub for moral support and a pint of something soothing.

With a little help from our friends on Twitter, we’ve compiled a list of great rural pubs that will be showing the 6 Nations this year. Please note that although these pubs will definitely be showing the matches of their home nation, it’s worth telephoning in advance if you’re hoping to watch a different game.

The Yew Tree, Bunbury, Cheshire

This popular pub in the village of Bunbury is renowned for the quality of its food and beer. Matches are being shown in their snug and in the den.
